| 摘 要： | 以黄陵1/2中黏煤、朝川1/3焦煤、焦煤和瘦煤为研究对象,通过调整黄陵1/2中黏煤、朝川1/3焦煤和焦煤配入量改变配煤煤质,并采用40kg级铁箱焦炉试验研究配煤煤质对其捣固焦强度的影响。利用IMB SPSS statistics 21软件对配煤煤质参数与焦炭强度参数进行相关性分析,并对配煤煤质参数之间进行因子分析。研究结果表明,用黄陵1/2中黏煤部分替代朝川1/3焦煤和焦煤进行配煤炼焦,其焦炭强度符合三级及以上国家标准要求;除壳质组含量外,其它大部分煤质参数与焦炭强度均呈较强的相关性;影响焦炭强度的配煤煤质参数之间可分为煤的变质程度单位因子、煤的有机显微组成单位因子,且此二因子同解释累计值高达98.306%。
