原油最大化生产化工原料的技术思考及相关技术开发

摘    要:原油最大化生产化工原料是当前石油化工研究热点。基于国内外原油生产化工原料技术方案和中国石化石油化工科学研究院多年来的研究积累,概括总结原油最大化生产或直接生产芳烃(BTX)或多产低碳烯烃的5个技术方案,以生产BTX为主要目的时,渣油加氢裂化工艺为核心技术;以生产低碳烯烃为主要目的时,催化裂解工艺为核心技术。当需要多产低碳烯烃特别是丙烯时,采用高烯烃选择性催化裂解工艺,可大幅度提高丙烯收率。在原油最大化生产化工原料技术路线中,溶剂脱沥青和焦炭气化工艺是必备的工艺。

Abstract:The maximum production of chemical raw materials from crude oil is a hot spot in petrochemical research field. Based on the domestic and foreign technical schemes for chemical raw materials production fromcrude oil and long-term research experiences of SINOPECResearch Institute of Petroleum Processing in this field, this paper summarizes five technical schemes for maximizing BTX and maximizing light olefins from crude oil. In BTX-based scheme, the residue hydrocracking process is the core technology, and the deep catalytic cracking(DCC) process is the core technology in light olefins-based scheme. When maximizinglight olefinsespecially propylene, thedevelopmentof higholefin-selectivitydeep catalytic cracking process(HOS) can greatly increase the yield of propylene. In the process of maximizing production ofchemical raw materials, solvent deasphalting and RGCT/POX processes have become an indispensable process.
