| 摘 要： | 在供给侧结构性改革背景下,煤炭行业去产能、转型升级已是大势所趋。资源型城市经济转型是我国可持续发展道路上的一个新的挑战,而煤炭企业的转型发展是其重要的组成部分。煤炭企业应与时俱进,摒弃“一切为了生产、一切服务生产”的旧思维,在积极响应国家去产能、培育接续替代产业政策的基础上,尽快挖掘多项政策中对企业转型发展有利的部分,如资金扶持、政策倾斜、转型导向等,探索“光伏+”、“互联网+”等产业融合发展的可行性。
