高固含水性聚氨酯发泡涂层的微观结构与性能

摘    要:以机械搅拌发泡的方法,制备了水性聚氨酯发泡涂层,详细研究了水性聚氨酯发泡涂层的微观结构与性能。结果表明:水性聚氨酯发泡涂层表面平整,具有贯通的微孔结构。利用不同固含量的水性聚氨酯制备的发泡涂层,随着固含量的逐步提高,微孔的直径逐步减小,涂层的透湿性逐步减小,但是涂层的成型厚度和抗张强度逐步提高。水性聚氨酯发泡涂层手感柔软,具有很好的弹性,适合作为合成革的涂层,用于水性聚氨酯合成革的生产。

Abstract:The waterbome polyurethane foam coating was prepared by mechanical agitation and foaming.The microstructure and properties of the waterborne polyurethane foam coating were studied in detail.The results show that the foam coating has flat surface and penetrating micro porous structure.The foam coatings prepared using waterborne polyurethane with different solid contents,with the increasing of solid content,the diameters of the micropores decrease gradually,as well as the moisture permeability of the coatings.While the forming thickness and tensile strength of the coating increase gradually.The waterborne polyurethane foam coating is soft and has good elasticity,which is suitable for using as the synthetic leather coating and used for the production of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather.
