摘    要:某些制革企业近期反映其绵羊革的粒面出现了大量点状伤残,大多分布于腹肷部.采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)等手段,对绵羊成品革、蓝湿革和原料皮的粒面进行分析,逐步查找该伤残的产生原因.成品革、蓝湿革和原料皮的粒面上均发现了该凸起颗粒状伤残,呈圆形或椭圆形,表面有一个凹槽,内部为胶原纤维,其元素组成与皮/革正常部位相近.由此可知,该伤残来源于绵羊皮本身,很可能是虱疔所致.

Abstract:A large number of spot defects were found in sheep leather from some tanneries recently, most of which were located on belly and flank. The grains of sheep finished leather, wet blue leather and raw skin were analyzed by using stereomicroscopy, scanning electron microscope ( SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDS). The cause of the defect was explored step by step. Particle defects were found on the grains of finished leather, wet blue leather and raw skin , in round or oval shape with a groove on the surface. The particle defect was composed of collagen fiber, showing similar element composition with normal position of skin/ leather. The results demonstrate that the defect is derived from raw skin, probably caused by lice scars.
