摘    要:简要总结了当前制革工业无铬鞣制技术使用的无铬金属鞣剂和有机鞣剂的鞣革性能特点及鞣制机理的研究进展,重点介绍了硅酸盐、含硅纳米材料和有机硅等硅材料在皮革鞣制方面的应用效果及成革特性,并初步归纳了硅材料的鞣制机理,对基于硅材料的无铬鞣制技术的进一步研究与应用进行了展望.

Abstract:The performances of the resultant leather and tanning mechanism of non-chrome metal tanning agents and organic tanning agents used in the tannery industry were briefly summarized.Tanning effect and leather characteristics of silicate,silicon containing nano-materials or organosilicon materials in leather tanning were introduced intensively,the tanning mechanism of silicon-based materials was also described.The further research and application of chrome-free tanning technology based on silicon materials were prospected.
