摘    要:用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定了尼龙 6切片中的己内酰胺和环状齐聚物。使用甲醇 /水作流动相 ,采用梯度洗脱法分离齐聚物 ,对色谱条件进行了优化 ,使每一个峰都得到了很好的分离 ,且分析时间缩短为 15min,有利于高齐聚物的检测。讨论了聚合温度和初始水含量对环状齐聚物的影响。

Abstract:A high\|performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) was adopted to determine ε\|caprolactam and its cyclic oligomers in nylon 6 chip. The chromatographic conditions were optimized by selecting a methanol\|water mixture as mobile phase and gradient elution seperating cyclic oligomers so that the peaks were seperated well. The shortening of analytical time to 15 min was advantageous to the determination of high oligomers. The effects of polymerization time and initial water content on cyclic oligomers were also discussed.
