摘    要:概述了从处理高钛矿的萃取残液中回收钛的工艺研究结果。研制的工艺是用MIBK萃取除铁、NaCl制取Na2SiF6除硅及结晶等方法试制出较纯的K2TiF6及TiO2,该工艺与现行的袒铌湿法生产工艺流程衔接好,但钛的亘收率较低有待于进一步提高。

Abstract:The paper describes the study of Ti recovery from the raffinate of high-Ti ore solvent extraction.Quite pure KaTiF6 and TiO2 are obtained through MIBK exrtaction for Fe removal,preparation of Na2SiF6 by NaCl to desilicate and crystalline.The said process is well coordinated with the existing Ta/Nb hydrometallurgy flowsheet.However,the Ti recovery is yet to be improved
