真空压浆技术在杜步3号桥中的应用

摘    要:结合具体工程实例,分析了真空压浆技术的基本原理,论述了真空压浆工艺的优点,提出了真空压浆的技术要求,详细地介绍了真空压浆施工工艺的具体操作及施工质量控制措施,指出真空压浆是提高后张预应力混凝土结构安全性和耐久性的有效措施。

Abstract:Combined with specific engineering examples,the basic principle of vacuum mud jacking technology was analyzed and its advantages were illustrated,its technological requirements were proposed.The specific operation and construction quality control measures of vacuum mud jacking technology were detail introduced.It pointed that vacuum mud jacking was an effective measure to enhance safety and durability of post tensioned prestressed concrete structure.
