汽轮机中长叶片断裂分析的研究

摘    要:在汽轮机的事故中,叶片断裂事故占有较大比例,中长叶片断裂又在叶片事故中占有较大比重。中长叶片断裂分析研究一直是机组安全运行的一个重要的课题。432mm、665mm叶片属于两种典型的中长叶片。现结合包头二热5号机及国产200MW机组,对这两种叶片的运行情况及其断裂分析研究作一概述。

Abstract:The cracks of turbine blade become a primary important research subject due to its frequently according and accupying a high percentage in the turbine failures, especially for the mid-long/long blade ,and therefore ,the research on the turbine blade crade becomes important subject also for the safty operation of turbine units. The blade of 432mm and 665mm belongs to the typical mid-long/long turbine blades. Considering the nation-made 200MW turbine unit in the second cogeneration plant in Baotou, a study on the situation and fracuture analysis of two typical blades are presented.
