摘    要:系统地探讨了目前国内外无铅低温封接玻璃领域的研究进展,涉及到无铅封接玻璃的组成、性能及广泛的应用领域,并给出了相关低温封接玻璃的组成实例,同时简要分析了无铅低温封接玻璃的市场前景。

Abstract:The systematic study of the current domestic and foreign low-melting lead-free glass sealing research in the field of progress related to lead-free glass sealing the composition,performance and a wide range of applications,and gave the relevant low-melting seal the composition of the glass case.And briefly analysised to the low-melting lead-free glass sealing the market prospects.
