摘    要:目前,智能手机的普及带来了一些新的问题和投诉。主要是用户终端的功能更多更复杂,以致用户自己设置或骚扰电话拦截软件设置,都可能造成用户被叫失败或异常。本文分析了产生此类问题的根源,描述了信令流程跟踪分析的过程。及时解决用户的投诉,能提高用户对网络质量的满意度。

Complaint Analysis on the Caller Hearing Unalloc Number and Other Abnormal Records
Abstract:With the popularity of smart phones,it also brings some new problems and complaints,the main is that user terminal functions are more complex,they can be set by user themselves,and even by crank call blocking software,which led to called failures or anomalies.In order to solve user's complaints successfully and promote user's satisfaction with the network quality,this article makes an in-depth analysis on the sources of these problems,signaling tracking,as well as analyzing and locating the reasons of these problems.
