“制版设备与技术”课程教学改革探索

＂制版设备与技术＂是印刷工程专业教学中一门重要的专业课程,本研究针对＂制版设备与技术＂课程特点,探讨了在印刷制版工艺、设备、材料等不断发展变化的情况下,进行课程教学改革的方法。通过课程体系的优化使学生掌握制版工艺理论基础;采取实践教学方法让学生真正地学会操作制版设备,提高学生使用检测设备分析解决问题的能力;通过教学方法的改变强调课程教学应与工业生产实践衔接。通过本课程教学改革,使学生全面掌握不同印刷制版工艺流程与技术特点,提高学生的理论与实际结合能力,重点培养学生解决问题的能力。

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Equipment and Technology for Printing Plate Course

Equipment and Technology for Printing Plate is an important course for the printing engineering specialty.In this study,aimed at the characteristic of Equipment and Technology for Printing Plate course,based on the development of platemaking process,equipment and material,the teaching reform was discussed.Firstly,the course system was optimized to help student master the theoretical basis of platemaking process.Secondly,practice teaching was adopted to help student learn to operate equipment and improve the ability to solve problems.Thirdly,the teaching methods were changed to emphasize the connection between course teaching and practical production.Through teaching reform,students will master the different platemaking process and technology characteristics,and make considerable progress on the theoretical knowledge and the practice skill.
