聚乙烯醇基热致变色油墨的制备及性能研究

摘    要:本实验以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为连结料,硼酸为交联剂,加入热消色可逆变色颜料及其他助剂,制备了一系列不同配方的PVA基热致变色油墨.通过改变PVA质量分数、硼酸和颜料添加量,研究了不同配方油墨的黏度、细度、耐摩擦性和变色灵敏性.在实验确定的制备工艺条件下,选用质量分数为11wt%的PVA水溶液与硼酸水溶液按照30∶1的溶质质量比混合制备连结料,PVA与颜料的质量比在45%~85%范围内,随着颜料添加量的增加,油墨的黏度逐渐增大,细度值变大,变色灵敏性升高,耐摩擦性变差.实验结果表明,当加入相当于PVA质量分数75%的热消色可逆变色颜料时,制得的油墨性能较好.

Abstract:With polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as ink binder and boric acid as crosslink agent, adding color-reversible heat achromatic pigment and other additives, a series of PVA based thermochromic inks were prepared in this study. Through changing the mass fraction of PVA and the amount of boric acid and pigment, the viscosity, fineness value, abrasion resistance and color sensitivity of the inks were discussed. With the given experiment condition, the ink binder was blended by a selection of 11wt% mass fraction of PVA solution mixed with boric acid solution at the weight ratio of 30 : 1. In the scale of weight rate of PVA to pigment from 45% to 85%, as increasing the amount of pigment, the viscosity of ink turned higher, fineness value turned larger, color sensitivity improved and abrasion resistance dropped. Hence, when the weight rate of pigment to PVA is 75%, the ink has good property.
