电厂燃煤锅炉NOx排放计算模型的建立

摘    要:抛弃了传统的建立在湍流模型和气固两相流模型基础上的NOx排放质量浓度计算方法,运用统计学的方法,建立了NOx排放质量浓度的多元回归计算模型。模型的建立是从锅炉运行因素出发,通过分析各种运行因素对锅炉效率和NOx排放质量浓度的影响,归纳出影响锅炉效率和NOx排放质量浓度的综合性影响因素——炉内风分配,并将其量化,从而建立起锅炉NOx排放质量浓度的多元回归计算模型。通过此模型可由各运行因素预测锅炉的NOx排放质量浓度。以此模型为基础可开发出应用于切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉的“NOx排放优化运行与在线监测软件”,在线指导运行人员优化燃烧,实现高效低NOx燃烧运行。该模型是针对某一特定锅炉建立的,但其建立方法对各种四角切圆燃烧锅炉具有普遍意义。

Abstract:A multiple regression model for mass concentration calculation of NOx emission was built in this paper, utilizing statistical method to replace the traditional calculation based on turbulent flow model and gas-solid two-phase-flow mode. From the point of boiler operation, the paper analyzed the effects of various operating on boiler efficiency and NOx emission to get an important and synthetic factor, the air distribution in furnace. Quantifying this factor arrives at the multiple regression model, which can be used to predict NOx emission by means of the boiler's operating parameters. Based on this model, the software of optimized operation and on-line monitoring for NOx emission can be developed to instruct the operators in efficient combustion and low NOx emission. Although the model is built for a given boiler, the method is true for all kinds of tangential firing boilers.
