沥青基纳米球状炭的制备与表征

摘    要:以中温煤沥青为原料,硝硫混酸为氧化剂,首先制备出水性中间相沥青AMP,然后在硅油与AMP形成的油包水乳液中,采用炭基溶胶-凝胶法制备沥青基纳米球状炭。利用 FT-IR、TG、TEM和XRD等分析方法,对AMP、炭原粉及沥青基球状炭进行表征。结果表明:在制备AMP的过程中主要发生硝化、氧化和磺化反应,炭化制备纳米球状炭过程中硝基、羟基、羧基、磺酸基等官能团分解脱除;炭原粉的热解过程主要包含三个阶段,即脱水、脱除官能团和炭骨架的重排;所得沥青基纳米球状炭的球形度为95.9%,粒径集中在50 nm左右;球状炭的d002为0.3480 nm,球体为乱层石墨结构

Abstract:Aqua-mesophase pitch(AMP) was prepared from the oxidation of medium coal tar pitch with a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid,and then pitch-based carbon nanospheres were prepared by using carbon sol-gel method in water-in-oil emulsion formed by silicone and AMP.AMP,carbon primary powders and carbon nanospheres were characterized by FT-IR,TG,TEM and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that nitration,oxidation and sulfonation reaction happen during the preparation of AMP.Nitro,hydro...
