沥青基纳米球状炭的制备与表征

以中温煤沥青为原料，硝硫混酸为氧化剂，首先制备出水性中间相沥青AMP，然后在硅油与AMP形成的油包水乳液中，采用炭基溶胶-凝胶法制备沥青基纳米球状炭。利用 FT-IR、TG、TEM和XRD等分析方法，对AMP、炭原粉及沥青基球状炭进行表征。结果表明：在制备AMP的过程中主要发生硝化、氧化和磺化反应，炭化制备纳米球状炭过程中硝基、羟基、羧基、磺酸基等官能团分解脱除；炭原粉的热解过程主要包含三个阶段，即脱水、脱除官能团和炭骨架的重排；所得沥青基纳米球状炭的球形度为95.9%，粒径集中在50 nm左右；球状炭的d002为0.3480 nm，球体为乱层石墨结构

Preparation and characterization of pitch-based carbon nanospheres
