电池阴阳极X射线自动检测装置的算法设计

摘    要:文章提出了一种电池X射线检测装置中图像检测处理算法部分的设计方法。此装置的检测算法一共分三部分完成,它们分别是图像评价区域选取,检测线设置,最后根据检测线的位置做尺寸测量。其中的核心部分为检测线设置,文章给出了检测线设置条件和设置的基本算法。通过工业实验证明,该方法对于电池阴阳极距离检测等方面有良好的效果,在X射线检测中有着广泛的发展前景。

Abstract:A way to design the algorithm of image processing in the X - ray device for Pole Detection of a cell was proposed. This algorithm constitutes three parts, including the selection of image evaluation region, setting of detection line and size measurement according to the position of the detection line. The setting conditions and basic algorithm of the detection line that plays the most important role in the device are given. Satisfactory results in detecting the distance of the poles of a cell have achieved in industrial experiment.
