高职临床医学专业课程体系教学改革效果评价

摘    要:为探索构建适合基层需求的应用型临床医学人才培养模式、建立新的课程体系,以便评价高职临床医学专业课程体系教学改革效果。文章选取辽东学院临床医学专业的2008级78名和2007级75名学生分别作为试验组和对照组,分别采用新旧专业课程体系及教学方法,以统一的理论及技能考核和问卷调查评价教学改革效果。结果表明:试验组与对照组的临床理论、技能考核及毕业成绩比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。试验组学生对新课程体系及教学方法的评价较好,有97.4%的学生认为课程设置良好,实践动手能力大大提高。

Abstract:With seventy - eight students of Grade 2008 as the experimental group and 75 students of Grade 2007 as the control group, a reform on the curricula of clinical medicine specialty was conducted in College of Med- icine of Eastern Liaoning University. The results of theoretical and skill examinations and questionnaire show a great significance between the groups. Students in the experimental group are satisfactory with the new curricula and teaching method. A majority of students in the group think their professional skills are remarkably improved.
