摘    要:针对轧机驱动用同步电动机转子直径大、拆卸、运输及加工困难的特点,对磨损严重的轴颈采用现场修复的方法,经对几种修复方法进行比较及强度校验分析。选用镁特铁结构胶,采用过渡配合热装轴套、注胶粘接的方法修复了轴颈。应用表明,电机振动基本消除,满足了使用要求。

Abstract:Pointing to the characters of big diameter, difficult transporting and working, the worn shaft of synchronous motor rotor used for driving mill was repaired in the field. Through analyzing and comparing for some repairing methods it is bett er to select multi-metal adhesive, using hot assembly sleeve with interim fitt ing and binding method with injecting adhesive. The practical results have prove d it can meet the needs of production operation.
