基于最小二乘法的轧机出口厚度的补偿与控制

摘    要:采用最小二乘法估算轧机出口厚度周期性波动信号中的特征参数,提出了补偿控制解决方案,能够控制轧机压下系统实现对该类信号的补偿.仿真结果和对现场数据的处理结果表明,该方法能快速准确估算包括来料厚度和轧辊偏心引起的周期性厚度波动,实现对带材出口厚度的补偿控制.

Abstract:A method based on the least square (LS) is introduced to analyze and calculate the characteristic parameters of periodic exit gauge error of the roiling mill, and a new solution is proposed to control the rolling mill and realize the compensation for the exit gauge error. The simulation and the field data processing results suggest that this method could compute the periodic fluctuation of the exit gauge error including entrance gauge and rolling eccentricity quickly and accurately, compensate and control exit gauge of the rolling mill.
