| 摘 要： | 针对石油蒸馏塔结构复杂、参数校正难和产品性质计算难等问题，分析了不同结构的石油蒸馏塔模型、参数校正方法和产品性质计算方法，开发了带有参数校正的复杂石油蒸馏的稳态模型。通过与某装置常压塔的工艺数据比较，证实该模型具有较好的模拟精度和运算速度，能够预测原油蒸馏塔的实际工艺状态。
