摘    要:某300kt/a合成氨装置一段转化炉投产后曾先后三次发生转化管爆管故障,为判断故障原因,针对实际生产运行中不同的操作工况进行了模拟计算,并根据计算结果进行了不同操作工况下转化炉性能分析。指出该炉存在的一些问题,提出了以下优化改进意见:操作中应注意合理调节各排燃烧器的供热比例,适当降低炉膛底部两排燃烧器的供热量,增加中间两排燃烧器的供热量,为防止烟气温度过高,可适当降低顶部燃烧器的供热量;尽量点燃所有燃烧器,保证每排燃烧器中每个燃烧器能量相同;保证每个燃烧器的火焰喷出部位都超过燃烧器砖的表面;提高预转化系统的在线率;注意转化管供热和吸热的匹配,严格杜绝炉管“干烧”现象。
