职业学院系级教学管理模糊综合评价

摘    要:为建立科学易行的系级教学管理综合评价体系,从教学计划管理、教学运行管理、教学质量管理、教学条件建设管理、教学辅助管理、教学管理制度6个方面建立指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用多层模糊综合评价模型完成测评数据处理.对3个系进行评价的结果表明,该综合评价体系能够对系级教学管理工作水平作出客观、全面的评价,效果良好.

Abstract:In order to develop a scientific and feasible department-level teaching management evaluation system, an index system in terms of teaching plan management, teaching operation management, teaching quality control, the management of teaching infrastructure construction, teaching assistant management and teaching management system was set up, and the index weight through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and to process the evaluation data through the muhifaceted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was determined. The results to the threedepartment evaluation show that this comprehensive evaluation system can make an objective and overall evaluation to the department-level teaching management with good effects.
