摘    要:本文通过兖矿集团济宁三号煤矿6kV空压机变频节能改造技术方案的探讨和实践的论述,从节能、高效的角度进行分析,论证了如何更好地实现空压机的软启动、软停止,改善因空压机启动次数较多,进而造成对系统冲击较大,机械运转空转损耗较大的难题的问题,对保证空压机经济运行,提高空压机使用寿命,节能增耗具有现实的借鉴意义。

Abstract:This article probes into energy conservation transformation technical plan of the 6kV air compressor frequency conversion and practices. Through analysis in aspects of energy conservation and high efficiency, it demonstrates how to realize air compressor's soft start and soft stop, so as to improve the condition of big impact force exerted on system and massive losses flowing from no-load running caused by too many start-ups. This presents practical reference role to guarantee the air compressor's economic run, enhanced service life, energy conservation and losses reduction.
