摘    要:用亚临界萃取技术提取苦水玫瑰浸膏,然后用分子蒸馏技术对萃取物进行精制。基于亚临界萃取原理,通过四因素三水平正交试验初步研究了亚临界萃取玫瑰浸膏的最佳工艺条件。萃取时间为4h,萃取压力为1.0MPa,萃取温度为30℃,萃取次数为3次,最高萃取率为4.72‰。玫瑰浸膏经分子蒸馏纯化技术制备的玫瑰油气味纯正、色泽淡雅,得油率接近千分之一。

Abstract:Using subcritical extraction technology, Ku-Shui rose extract was first obtained, then using molecular distillation to refine the extract. Based on the principle of subcritical extraction, by means of four factors and three levels orthogonal experi- ment, the optimal process conditions for getting rose extract were determined. Under conditions that extraction time 4 h, ex- traction pressure 1.0 MPa. extraction temperature 30 ℃, and extracting 3 times, the highest extract yield was 4.72 ‰. Rose extract was purified by molecular distillation to get rose oil which has pure odor and elegant color. The yield of oil is close to 1.0‰.
