| 摘 要： | 针对目前轻轨车用铝合金型材生产品种多且形状不规则，采用传统的矫直方法难以达到形状和尺寸精度的要求。通过分析研究并结合生产实际，对不同的铝合金型材制定了专用的矫直生产技术，使其形状和尺寸满足产品的技术要求。

| Abstract: | Various kinds of aluminum alloy profiles with irregular shapes used for light rail vehicle have been produced, but the requirements for shape and size precision eann＇t be met by conventional straightening methods. In the article, some appropriate straightening processes were determined for different aluminum profiles. The shape and size of the profiles can meet the technical requirements by aid of these special methods. |
