| Abstract: | Opportunity and challenges were brought to various technological domains, as China becomes a member of WTO. In this paper detailed discussions are made from some aspects such as enhancing heating technology, reducing energy cost, improving thermal environment of building and reducing pollution. At the same time the development direction of heating technology and countermeasures are proposed. |
