摘    要:高速切削是现代机床必不可少的要素之一.而机床的高速性,要求其应该具有越来越高的动、静态特性.运用有限元分析方法分析某型号的数控高速铣雕机床立柱的动态特性,并对其进行优化设计.

Abstract:High-speed metal cutting has been turned to one of the essentials of modern machine tools.To a high-speed machine tool,it needs to have good dynamic and static behaviors.Therefore,the research on the dynamic and static behavior of machine-building industry has been one of the important steps.Applies FEA(Finite Element Analysis)to analysis the dynamic behaviors of one numeric high-speed tool's vertical pole,then makes an optimization-design on it.
