摘 要: | 用600目锌粉、铝粉为原料,通过特殊的机械-化学加工方法,制备了平均为小于0.1μm、直径为7~12μm的片状混合物作为达克罗涂层中的金属粉组成物,以铬酸水溶液与若干种添加剂搅拌混合后作溶剂。在国内外已报道的达克罗技术研究成果基础上,为扩大达克罗技术的应用范围,必须强化涂层致密度和涂层与基体的结合力。为此,在溶剂中加入了特制的强化剂,得到了一涂厚度为7~12μm,二涂厚度为17~20μm的涂层。按国家标准试验方法对该涂层进行了多项性能测试,其结果显示出,使用小于0.1μm的锌铝混合粉和特制强化剂,使涂层具有很小的腐蚀速度和良好的耐热性,尤其是在1%的HCl中表现出优异的耐蚀性,为达克罗技术在石油化工中实际应用提供了可行性。

The Research of Zinc and Aluminum Base Coating |

Abstract: | We use the 600 zinc and aluminum powder to be the raw materials, and then by the means of mechanics and chemical getting the flaky mixtures that are less than 0.1 μm by average and their diametral size are 7~12 μm, using them to be the powder metal constituent of dacromet coating, and using the mixture of chrome acid water solution and some addition agents to be the solvent. Basing the domestic and the overseas research findings of the dacromet technique, in order to enlarge its applied range, it must strengthen the coating tightness and combining power between the coating and the base. So, adding the special reinforce into the solvent, and then it was gotten that the first coating which thickness is 7~12 μm and the second coating whose thickness is 17~20 μm. According to the national standards, to test the coating in many performance tests, the result shows that by using the mixture of zinc and aluminum powder and special reinforce, the coating has very small corrosion rate and good resistance to effect of heat, and in HCl(1%) it shows excellent corrosion resisting property, because of this it provides the feasibility in practical application of petrochemical industry. |
