35m门式起重机结构设计及有限元分析

摘    要:对门式起重机进行了简要的概述,设计了一种跨度为35m的单梁桁架式门式起重机,根据相关规范对门式起重机的荷载进行计算,确立了门式起重机的6种荷载工况,通过ANSYS分析得知结构参数符合规范要求。

Abstract:In this paper ,the gantry crane was briefly outlined ,one type of 35 m single girder gantry crane was designed .According to standard of gantry crane ,the load on the crane was calculated ,and 6 kinds of load conditions of the gantry crane were established . The results of analysis by ANSYS indicates that the structural parameters of the gantry crane can meet the requirements of the specification .
