螺旋锥齿轮测量软件系统的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了基于VC++环境下的螺旋锥齿轮测量软件系统。该系统运用模块化的设计方法,完成了对螺旋锥齿轮进行测量的路径规划、齿面重构计算及绘图、误差分析等工作,可实现对螺旋锥齿轮的快速检测,并对螺旋锥齿轮的精度进行评定,指导对螺旋锥齿轮的加工,提高生产效率。

Abstract:In this paper ,a measurement software system based on VC + + of spiral bevel gear is introduced .The method of modularization design is used to program the measurement path of spiral bevel gear ,recalculate and draw the tooth surface and analyze the error ,and the purpose of accuracy assessment of spiral bevel gear is realized .By use of the measurement software system of spiral bevel gear ,the rapid detection of spiral bevel gear can be done .This work can improve the machining efficiency of spiral bevel gears .
