齿轮磨削装置结构设计

摘    要:介绍一种能够独立完成粗磨和精磨加工工艺的齿轮磨削工具,在它的磨削面上有一个带有双磨削面的螺旋齿,该螺旋齿通过与齿轮啮合磨削作为齿轮工作面的齿面。磨削面沿着螺旋齿延伸,它包含一个用于进行粗磨过程的粗磨削面和一条用于精磨加工过程的成型线,该成型线延伸至磨削面上。

Abstract:This article describes a gear grinding tool which is capable of successively carrying out both a coarse grinding craft and a fine grinding craft by itself .On the grinding face there is a double-sided grinding helical tooth that meshes with a gear to grind the face of gear .The grinding face extending on and along the helical tooth which comprises a rough grinding face performing a rough grinding process and a forming line performing a fine grinding process on the gear .The forming line is extended to the grinding face . This device can improve the life of the gear grinding tool .
