全电AMT同步过程控制策略及验证

摘    要:全电AMT执行机构的控制策略是AMT系统的关键技术。通过分析AMT执行机构特点及AMT的换档过程,制定了AMT挂档同步过程的控制策略,并在MATLAB/Simulink软件中建立了控制策略模型,最后在装载AMT的样车上进行了实车验证。结果表明该控制策略能够有效地控制AMT挂档时同步器的同步过程。

Control Strategy and Verification of Synchronizing Process of Electrically-controlled AMT

Abstract:The control strategy of actuator is the key technique of AMT system .According to the characteristics of AMT electric actuator and the gear shifting process of AMT ,the control strategy of synchronizing process was established .Then the model of control strategy was created in MATLAB/Simulink .Finally the strategy was verified in a sample vehicle equipped with AMT .The results show that the strategy is efficient to control the synchronizing process of AM T .
