参数化标准直齿圆柱齿轮模型的建立及参数修改

为达到参数化建模的目的,在创建直齿圆柱齿轮模型的过程中,设置了齿轮的相关参数(包括齿顶圆、齿根圆、基圆、分度圆、键槽宽度等),使用了大量的关系式参数,以方便更改参数;利用Pro/Program对Pro/E软件进行二次开发,通过对齿轮的相关参数进行修改,即可获得修改后的齿轮模型。

Establishment and Parameter Modification of Parametric Standard Spur Gear Model

In order to achieve the purpose of parametric modeling ,the relevant parameters of spur gear are set in the process of creating the gear ,including the addendum circle diameter ,dedendum circle diameter ,base circle diameter ,pitch circle diameter , keyway width ,etc .Then ,a large number of relationships used in the process of modeling are set up ,to realize the parametric design of spur gears .By applying Pro/Program to the secondary development of Pro/E software ,the related parameters of the gear are modified ,and the modified model can be obtained .
