螺杆钻具接头热镦挤成形技术研究

摘    要:概述了塑性成形的基本原理,分析了螺杆钻具接头在热镦挤成形过程中载荷随工件变形量的变化、工件表面应力以及工件在成形过程中的金属流动情况,确定了螺杆钻具接头热镦挤成形所需要的镦挤压力和成形温度,设计了热镦挤成形试验装置的基本结构,并通过试验验证了这种螺杆钻具接头加工方法的可行性。

Hot Extrusion Forming Technique of Screw Drilling Tool Joint

Abstract:This paper is devoted to the basic principle of plastic forming .The finite element analysis was fully utilized to the research of three issues ,namely the variation of the load on the screw drilling tool joint with the change of the deformation of the work-piece in heat upsetting extrusion ,the surface stress of the work-piece ,as well as the metal flow of the work-piece in the process of forming .And then ,the requisite upsetting extrusion pressure and molding temperature of screw drilling tool joint concerning heat upsetting extrusion were defined .The basic structure of the upsetting extrusion forming device was subsequently designed .In short , it is concluded that the processing method of screw drilling tool joint is highly feasible by experiment .
