美国和日本的潜艇用钢及其焊接材料

摘    要:本文综述了美国和日本的潜艇用高强度钢,包括屈服强度450~1100 MPa级的各钢种的化学成分和力学性能要求。在焊接材料方面,包括焊条、气保焊焊丝、埋弧焊焊丝和焊剂,除了列出各种焊接材料的熔敷金属化学成分和力学性能要求外,还给出了部分产品的实际成分和性能。并对最高强度级别的潜艇用钢焊接接头的强度匹配问题作了简要介绍。

Abstract:The high-strength submarine steel used in American and Japan submarine was presented in this paper,including the chemical compositions and mechanical properties requirement for 450-1100MPa yield strength steels.And in the aspect of welding consumables,the chemical composition and mechanical properties requirement for different welding consumables including covered electrode,gas-shielded welding wire,submerged arc welding wire and flux are listed,and the chemical composition and mechanical properties for partial welding consumables products are also given.The intensity match of welding joint of the highest strength submarine steel is also covered.
