| 摘 要： | 应用三轴联动的数控立式铣床，基于UG软件的CAD模块，设计完成2010年上海世博会吉祥物海宝的三维曲面造型，再运用UG软件的CAM模块，合理选择各项加工参数生成刀具轨迹，调试后经后处理生成数控程序，传到数控机床上完成加工，从而大大提高加工效率，缩短了生产周期。

| Abstract: | By applying 3-axis NC milling machine, the mascot of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo-Haibao was 3-D designed based on the CAD module of UG software, the CAM module of UG software was used to create the cutter track by selecting the reasonable machining parameters. After debugging the track, the NC program is created by post-processing and transmitted to the NC milling machine for machining. The method greatly improved the efficiency of the actual manufacturing and shortened the production cycle. |
