基于AutoCAD的标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计系统

摘    要:以参数化设计为指导思想,在AutoCAD软件平台的基础上,应用VB语言对其进行二次开发,实现了标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计功能.以标准直齿圆柱齿轮减速器中的齿轮结构设计为例,自动绘制了零件工程图.结果证明,该设计系统显著提高了零件设计效率.

Abstract:Directed by the basic thought of parameterized design,the secondary development based on AutoCAD is carried out with the language of Visual Basic in this paper.The parameterized design of standard spur as well as the function of automatic plotting gear is achieved.With the gear structure design in the standard spur gear reducer as example,spare part engineering drawings are automatically produced.The results show that the design efficiency is improved significantly.
