摘    要:对双循环两相(BICT)生物处理工艺在不同工况和试验条件下的脱氮性能进行了试验研究.实验结果表明:BICT工艺通过设置独立的生物膜法硝化区,强化了系统的硝化效率,削弱了泥龄对系统脱氮能力的影响,提高了系统脱氮的稳定性.主反应器上清液回流比和进水碳氮比是影响系统脱氮效果的主要因素.在试验控制的最佳条件下,系统的脱氮效率>90%,出水TN<15mg/L.

Abstract:Nitrogen removal performance of a new biological nutrient removal process-BICT(bi-cyclic two-phase biological process) is studied based on lab-scale experiments with municipal sewage and synthetic wastewater.The experimental results indicate that the nitrification is enhanced and the influence of SRT of main reactor upon the N removal is diminished due to the adoption of a separate attached-growth reactor for nitrification.Consequently,the efficiency and the stability of nitrogen removal are considerably improved.In the BICT system,the circulating flow rate of the supernatant between main reactor and attached-growth reactor,as well as the C/N ratio of the influent,is one of the key factors controlling the effect of nitrogen removal.Under the suitable conditions in the experiments,the removal rate of TN can reach over 90%,and the effluent concentration of TN can be controlled below 15 mg/L.
