钢纤维混凝土的轴心抗拉韧性

摘    要:钢纤维混凝土与素混凝土相比,其最大的优点是韧性有极大地提高,因此,钢纤维混凝土可用于抗震、抗爆和抗冲击等特殊混凝土工程的特殊部位。本研究表明,在所用的试验条件下,当钢纤维的体积掺量为1%和2%时,钢纤维混凝土的轴拉韧度值是素混凝土的2至7倍,并且,韧性的改善程度与素混凝土基体的强度有关,强度越低,钢纤维的增韧效果越好。基体强度S_m与钢纤维指数V_fl/d两参数对轴拉韧性的影响有交互作用。

Abstract:The outstanding advantage of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is that its ductility is strikingly improved, compared with that of the plain concrete. Therefore, it is widely used in the special section of exceptional concrete engineering required to resist earthquake, explosion and stroke. This study shows that the uniaxial tensile ductility value of SFRC is 2 to 7 times as much as that of the plain concrete if the volume fraction of steel fiber is 1% and 2%. Meanwhile, the increment of the ductility is related to the strength of the plain concrete matrix. The lower the matrix strength, the higher the increment of the ductility. There exists cross effect of matrix strength (S_m) and fiber index (V_fl/d) on the uniaxial tensile ductility of SFRC.
