摘    要:以单内管套管式换热器为例 ,分析了管道化溶出系统大型套管式换热器热补偿的设计方法 ,重点分析了内外管膨胀差的补偿及其弯管部分的结构设计。另外 ,对一些与热补偿相关的结构 ,如封闭环的设置也进行了必要的分析

Abstract:Based on the double pipe heat exchangers with a single inside tube, the design of heat compensation of the big sized double pipe heat exchangers in tube digestion systems was analyzed, the compensation of the expansion difference between the inside tube and the outside tube, and the structure design of the bend tube section were emphatically analyzed. In addition, some structures related to heat compensation, such as the setting of the closing rings, was also analyzed.
