汽车发动机罩内板的成形数值模拟及工艺优化

摘    要:针对汽车发动机罩内板在成形过程中出现起皱和拉裂缺陷的问题,采取塑性有限元方法,运用板料成形数值模拟软件Dynaform进行成形参数优化,分别对产品存在的尖角以及拉深筋的排布和高度进行了优化,得到了一组工艺参数,在生产实践中有效的避免了产品起皱和拉裂,获得了合格产品,为类似的拉深件成形提供了工艺参考。

Abstract:For the defects that automotive engine hood inner panel tended to be crinkled and cracked during the forming process,using the plastic finite element method and sheet metal forming simulation software Dynaform,the forming parameters were optimized.The sharp corners of the product was optimized into round corners and the arrangement of drawbeads and height were also optimized to get a set of process parameters in order to avoid wrinkling and cracking,the qualified products were obtained,which provide a process reference for a similar drawing parts.
