摘    要:利用有限元软件Deform-3D对厚壁钢管热反挤压制坯过程进行数值模拟,分析了摩擦系数和壁厚对金属流动状态的影响.结果表明:反挤压件管壁内侧的金属在向上平移的同时还伴有径向移动,摩擦系数越大、管壁越厚,径向移动的程度越大,越容易造成凸模抱模的现象.根据模拟结果,提出了一种新增径向塑性变形区的大型厚壁钢管热反挤制坯的变形...

Abstract:Numerical simulation was made on hot backward extrusion of large steel tube with thick wall and the influence of friction coefficient and wall thickness on flow state of metal was analyzed.The result shows that when the inner part of the cylindrical metal shifts upwards,it also flows along the radial direction.The larger the friction coefficient and the wall thickness,the more metal flows horizontally,and the punch is more likely to be sticked.According to the simulation,a new forming area partition method was proposed about the large thick wall tube on hot backward extrusion,which adds radial plastic deformation area on existing forming area partition method of backward extrusion.Research proves that this method is in accordance with metal flow condition well.
