电磁铆接和锤铆铆接质量对比分析

摘    要:通过实验对电磁铆接和锤铆两种铆接方法的铆接质量进行对比。对比内容主要包括干涉量均匀性、铆钉剪切强度和铆钉拉脱强度3个方面。结果表明:电磁铆接的干涉量更均匀,并且镦头尺寸质量稳定,受人为因素影响小;在强度方面,无论是接头剪切强度还是拉脱强度,采用电磁铆接的接头强度均优于采用普通锤铆的接头强度。

Abstract:The differences of riveting quality between pneumatic riveting and electromagnetic riveting(EMR) were compared by experiments including interference quantity uniformity,shear and pull-off strength of the riveting.The results show that the interference of the riveting pieces using EMR is more even,and the quality of rivets tail is stable and uneasy affected by anthropic principle;the shear and pull-off strength of riveting pieces are much better compared with the pneumatic riveting method.
