| 摘 要： | 制定40Cr钢退火、正火、淬火、回火、调质热处理工艺,测定在各种热处理情况下试样的硬度和冲击韧性,并进行材料的金相组织分析,得出了40Cr钢调质处理具有良好综合性能的结论.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses that the hardness and toughness of 40Cr steel can be measured during the heat treatment processes such as annealing,normalizing,quenching,tempering and modified treatment.The paper also reaches a conclusion that 40Cr steel has a combined performance after the metallographic structure being analyzed. |
