摘    要:本文用严格的光栅理论研究了体积相位全息光栅的相位调制度中各参数的偏差对体积相位全息光栅衍射效率的影响,并依据物理意义提出了体积相位全息光栅的误差模型———GDAUA模型。为此,本文提出了在实验中用优化算法来处理GDAUA模型中的各种偏差对光栅衍射效率的影响,指导制作高衍射效率体积相位全息光栅,从而实现体积相位全息光栅的优化设计。

Abstract:Based on the grating's rigorous theory,we study the influence,which result from the errors of the parameters in the index phase modulation,on the diffractive efficiency.And we bring forward the error model of the Volum Phase Holographic Grating-the GDAUA model which was founded on the basement of the physical meanings.Ground on the discovery,we take the lead in putting forward that the optimized arithmetic should be applied into dealing with the error's influence on the grating's diffractive efficiency in the experiment.In order to achieve carry out manufacture the high diffraction efficiency grating.In the end,it is optimized design the VPHG manufacture.
