摘    要:把含有Al2O3、SiO2、MgO等无机复合矿物质制备成纳米润滑添加剂,按其用量为0.5%加入基础油(20号润滑油)中进行摩擦学试验.通过试验,结合摩擦表面的金相分析及成分分析发现,摩擦试样发生了负磨损现象,即:比较摩擦试验前后的质量,摩擦试验后质量增加,说明摩擦在一定情况下也可能导致负磨损,加深了对摩擦磨损过程的认识.

Abstract:The nanoparticles of an inorganic composite mineral containing Al_2 O_3 , SiO_2 , and MgO were prepared. The friction-reducing and antiwear behavior of the nanoparticles as a kind of lubricating oil additives was evaluated. It was found that the inorganic composite nanoparticles as additive showed good friction-reducing and antiwear ability, leading to negative wear of the frictional pair. This could be attributed to the small size effect and worn surface self-repairing effect of the nanoparticles.
