茶籽油中脂肪酸成分的气相色谱/质谱分析

摘    要:建立茶籽油中脂肪酸的气相色谱/质谱 (GC/MS) 测定方法。茶籽油经正己烷提取和三氟化硼衍生,用HP-5MS毛细管柱分离。用所建立的方法比较茶籽油、橄榄油和其它植物油中的脂肪酸含量。并分析茶籽油、茶籽及加工副产物中的脂肪酸水平。

Abstract:A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method was developed for the determination of fatty acids in camellia oil.After extraction with n-hexane and deveriation using borontriifluoride,the oils were separated on a HP-5MS column.The fatty acid profiles in camellia oil,olive oil and other vegetable oils were compared using the established method.The fatty acids were determined in camellia seed and the processing by- products of camellia oil.
