风电消纳目标下基于电量与功率滚动优化的荷源控制方法

摘    要:针对大规模风电基地风电消纳受阻问题,在进行风电受阻分析及高载能负荷调节特性分析的基础上,提出将高载能负荷纳入调节控制。在考虑高载能负荷调节约束的基础上,首先将具有离散可调节特性的负荷纳入日前调度计划,充分挖掘高载能负荷的电量调节能力,建立以消纳风电电量最大化为目标的荷源电量控制优化模型;其次将具有连续可调节特性的高载能负荷纳入日内功率控制,建立以消纳风电功率最大化为目标的荷源功率控制优化模型;最后提出基于电量与功率滚动优化的荷源控制方法,实现荷源滚动优化控制,提高电网对风电的消纳能力,从而缓解风电消纳受阻问题。以甘肃河西电网为例的仿真结果验证了所提出控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the development of large-scale wind power bases, the restricted consumption of wind power remains a significant problem to be solved. A dispatch method including the intensive energy loads control is proposed based on the analysis of wind power consumption situation and the characteristics of intensive energy loads. As for the day-ahead dispatch, a control model is established to maximize the consumed wind power energy in the focused day with the full use of the regulating ability of discrete adjustable intensive energy loads. And the control model built for the intraday dispatch is to maximize the integrated wind power at the focal moment with the adjustment of continuously adjustable intensive energy loads. Then the dispatch method for the load-source coordination based on the rolling optimization of energy and power is illustrated, which may improve the wind power integration and ease the problem of the blocked wind power. The simulation results of Hexi power grid in Gansu Province have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
