喷油器体闭式挤压新工艺

摘    要:喷油器体因形状所致,其挤压成形无法采用传统的整体凹模结构。本文给出了喷油器体无飞边闭式挤压新型模具结构。该模具采用钩子锁模的上、下浮动凹模对合结构,锻件在两个凹模和两个冲头形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形,生产的锻件无飞边。

Abstract:The conventional structure of a entire concave die is not applicable for extrusion of fuel injector bodies because of shape of fuel injector bodies.A new type of structure of closed extrusion dies for fuel injector bodies without flash is presented.There is the closing structure of a float upper concave die and a float lower concave die with locking hooks in the die,the forging forming within a closed cavity formed by two punches and two concave dies.The forgings without flash can be produced with the new type of forging die.
